CyLynx Makes Huge Splash at ISPCON 2001 in Baltimore!

BALTIMORE, MD - April 4-6, 2001 - Baltimore, Maryland, home of the super bowl champion Ravens, the best crab soup in all fifty states, and host of this year's east coast ISPCON, was recently taken by storm by CyLynx, who made quite an impression at the show.

"I would like to thank the customers, more than anyone, for participating in such a fantastic event," said Alan Chung, chairman and chief executive officer of CyLynx technologies. "I met some great people at the show who displayed serious interest in CyLynx's outsourced customer support services. I look forward to building rewarding relationships with many of these new clients."

CyLynx is one of the first companies to provide outsourced customer care to Web hosting companies and Internet service providers. To help reach their intended market, CyLynx operated a tradeshow booth at ISPCON and co-sponsored Web Hosting Magazine's 4th Web Hosting Industry Party.

The party, held at the Baja Beach Club in Baltimore, drew over 1,100 people, who arrived via CyLynx co-sponsored limousines. At the venue, CyLynx had an area set up where party-goers could learn about CyLynx while getting their faces superimposed on macho men, supermodels, or famous characters.

"I finally got to live out my lifelong dream to be a Jedi knight while listening to one of my favorite Reggae bands, Jah Works," expressed Jeremy Goldman, CyLynx's VP of Corporate Relations.

The Web Hosting party lasted long into the night, the dance floor crowded with hundreds of celebrating Web hosting, ISP, and eBusiness execs. Perhaps the event was best summed up by the words of Ali Amirrezvani, CyLynx's VP of Sales, "That night, we were all reggae stars."
