Alan Chung, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Alan Chung, chairman and chief executive officer (CEO), founded CyLynx to alleviate the corporate challenges of building, maintaining and retaining a competent tech and customer support staff. His vast industry knowledge and strong history of creating an d launching businesses made the concept a success. Prior to CyLynx, Chung founded Digiweb, Inc., which he built into a profitable multi-million dollar enterprise within three years before selling it to Interliant, Inc. Chung went on to become an integral part of the Interliant management team where he directed the Web hosting platform integration of Interliant's 15 hosting company acquisitions representing more than 300,000 Web sites. Prior to Digiweb and Interliant, Chung co-founded and served as the CEO of Ingress Communications, Inc., one of the earliest commercial Internet service providers in the country. Chung holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering from Columbia University.
Anthony Minessale II, Chief Technology Officer
Anthony Minessale oversees the development of CyLynx's customer relationship management (CRM) system, Intranet platform, and all network and application architecture. Mr. Minessale brings over fifteen years of programming, project management, and syste ms administration experience to CyLynx. Prior to joining the company, Minessale served six years as the senior technology officer of Digiweb, Inc. where he helped expand the company's infrastructure from one computer into a complex web hosting network of over five hundred UNIX and NT systems, complete with provisioning, support, billing, and monitoring capabilities. He was also instrumental in the planning, engineering, development and production of Interliant's Inithost, a unified Web hosting platform to unite dozens of acquired companies on a single multi-branded scalable hosting solution, featuring instant account provisioning, a database driven backend, and a client interface capable of supporting hundreds of thousands of users. Minessale attended the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee where he studied computer science.
David Bitterman, Vice President of Corporate Relations
David Bitterman assists Mr. Chung in managing the entire organization, focusing on business development, public relations, investor relations, and corporate services. Mr. Bitterman brings to CyLynx seven years of experience working with Internet technology companies in areas of web production, business development, human resources, law and marketing. Prior to joining CyLynx, Bitterman served as the director of marketing and business development for Digiweb, Inc. where he grew the customer base of their free web hosting business to over one thousand accounts per day and co-launched Interliant's Affinity Web Hosting program. Mr. Bitterman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland.
