Cylynx Inc. has expanded its outsourcing operations and added new services to keep up with the needs of customers in line with our motto “redefining customer satisfaction.” In addition to our new hardware and operational improvement in our core competency we also have “better people now than ever before” according to our Chairman and CEO Alan Cheung.
“I am more confident about our outsourcing business now cause we have better processes and people for the job,” says Cheung. Cylynx have spent its last few months organizing people and training them to achieve a level of competency never before reached by the company.
The trends and needs of clients for customer relationship services is a continuous challenge for us, People are wanting more and more from it’s tech support, administrative, and billing services that it is getting more difficult to provide excellent customer care without the use of the best people backed by the latest technologies and controlled by a management team with outstanding track records and experience.

There is no easy way in learning what your customer really wants unless you talk to them, and this is what we have done, we have learned, perfected and will continuously improve our services as long as customers demand their right for support.
