Dedicated Support Engineers

CyLynx is meticulous in implementing our security measures. We limit those who have access to your company's support and systems. When you work with CyLynx, a dedicated team of engineers is assigned to support your customers. You will know the names and faces of the people working with you and have the opportunity to interact with them whenever needed.


Tracking and Logging

In order to answer support questions or to access your systems, our staff must first enter a personal login identification and password. From this point, all activity is tracked and logged. Every correspondence and interaction performed by our engineers can be reviewed, allowing us to maintain a high level of observation.


Software, Hardware, and OS Security

As experts in information technology, CyLynx makes sure to utilize all of the security mechanisms available in the software that we use, including Windows NT administration, firewalls, Internet Explorer secure browsing, and advanced server security. CyLynx can even encrypt outgoing emails that contain compromising information. It is important to know that CyLynx is not taking over your computer systems. Protecting your servers and information remains entirely under your own control.

 

Physical Security

CyLynx's customer interaction center is protected around the clock by security guards and is equipped with a state of the art fire and emergency alarm system connected to local fire and police stations. All employees must present a CyLynx photo ID upon entry. To ensure support uptime, CyLynx has backup generators and dual Internet connectivity.


Jointly Developed Security Policies

If you have additional security concerns that are not addressed above, CyLynx will work with your company to devise a joint policy that incorporates additional security mechanisms.
